My name is Danielle. Seventeen. I love God, reading, writing, music, running, people, places, things, etc. There's more than meets the eye here, and my blog reflects that by a plethora of items reblogged through Tumblr, representing the full gamut of emotions that follow suit.

Videogame consoles are not supposed to potentially rat you out to the government. Videogame consoles are not supposed to arbitrarily decide who sees what’s on the screen and what’s not. I have never told anyone not to buy a videogame console, but in this case, knowing what I know about the Xbox One, I am seriously imploring people not to buy this machine. The console will not be consumer-friendly, and between the above and an always-on internet connection, how do you know your hobby isn’t siphoning personal information to…well, who knows who? Suffice it to say, the Xbox 360 will be my last Microsoft console. I don’t care how many more Halo games get churned out. Adding this here from my videogame blog because it’s too important, and the potential for Microsoft to spy on us, then report findings to the government if asked…yeah, no. Spread the word! If you haven’t read George Orwell’s “1984”, do so. Seriously.

self harm is a real problem faced by real people, you may not be meaning to but posts like those mentioned glamorise it and trivialise it and its just not right.

Don’t let shame and guilt keep you from receiving God’s love any longer. Psalm 103:12 (NIV) says, “As far as the east is from the west, our sins are removed from God’s memory.” Since God has removed them from His memory, it’s time we do the same and move forward with God and receive His love and mercy. You may have made mistakes, but God still believes in you, loves you and has an amazing future in store. Keep your heart toward God, and He will show Himself strong on your behalf!
